Description
Tijuana, Mexico. Veteran assassin Mark Shields is assigned to track down Pelon. Pelon is the head of the Salazar Crime Cartel. Unknowingly and through several twists of fate, Shields' path will take him on a torrid encounter with Olivia, a local woman who is fighting her own demons for the sake of her daughter. Shows the plight of souls in one of the most dangerous cities in North America.
