Description
Danny O'Neill is the FBI's ace bomb expert and "live wire." His wife is flaunting her affair with Senator Frank Travers--the very man O'Neill is assigned to protect against terrorist attacks. O'Neill's biggest enemy is a new bomb disguised as ordinary water and held by a psychopathic terrorist.
